How to Lucid Dream and Why?
What is Lucid Dreaming? And What is in it for you?
Lucid dreaming, some of you are familiar with this, some aren’t. What exactly is lucid dreaming? A short answer would be having the control of your dream, the long answer might take a few words.

Before we talk about lucid or any kind of dreaming we have to talk about sleeping. And the average human sleeps for 26 years of their life. Come to think of it, it sounds like a huge waste, but it is necessary to keep you going and keep you healthy.
When it comes to our sleep it usually happens in 2 main types,
1. REM Sleep
2. Non REM Sleep
During the beginning of sleep were wide awake and alert, we experience some hallucinations or as the experts call it hypnagogic sensations. If I were to give you some examples, have ever felt like you were falling or sudden shock when you were about to sleep? Those are sensations we feel when we are about to sleep.
And then we move on to Non REM Phases of our sleep, our body relaxes, we become less aware of our environment and at the end we fall in to deep slumber.
