Ok, I’ve been out of touch with writing for a while. It’s so hard to allocate time to a hobby when you are putting effort into work and success. Enough with that.

Let’s talk about something different. This one is not a doubt, but you may come across this eventually.

I’ve been happy for a while now. This is a very new spectrum of feelings for me because there was always sadness and stress even when I was in a relationship a few years ago. So, what made the difference this time around? I thought about it for a second. What truly changed was how I started to think for myself and without worrying about others.

It may come out as a selfish thing to do as a person, but sometimes, being selfish is a solution you’d have to look for.
I used to be a people pleaser. Be it parents, friends, and even the ones I loved. I worked with my blood, sweat, and tears to please them. And because of that, I have to keep up with my efforts, not for me but for the sole purpose of addressing the needs of others.
